About a month after my policy became active, she informed me that my rate would be increasing because she didn’t have the certificate for my home alarm system—something she never requested at the beginning. I am disappointed with how she handled my quote, as the rate increase came after my policy was already in effect. She should have informed me of this requirement before I made my decision. Additionally, when she notified me of her mistake, there was no sign of an apology. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kezia Llera."
